Hesperides Group is a Florida State and South Florida Water Management District Certified Small Woman-Owned business focused on strategic planning and environmental consulting services. The principal, Melissa Meeker, has over 16 years of water resource regulatory experience working for both the public and private sectors, including being a past SFWMD Governing Board member. Melissa’s relationships at the local, regional, state and federal levels have proven instrumental in the planning and permitting of controversial and complex projects throughout Florida. In addition, Melissa is an experienced public speaker with significant facilitation training – key to engaging the public to reach consensus on critical issues.Services
